1. Open Outlook Express.
2. Click on "Sent Items" from the folder list on the left.
If the folder list is not visible, click View, then click Layout.
Check the box for "Folder List" and click OK.

3. Find the message sent to "contact@holdenpi.com". Click it once to highlight it.
4. Click "Delete" (a red X) on the top of your window.
5. Right-click on "Deleted Items" on your folder list.
6. Click "Empty 'Deleted Items' folder".
7. Close Outlook Express.
